The video shows Test captain Virat Kohli joking with senior pacer Ishant Sharma, while head coach Rahul Dravid and middle order batsman Shreyas Iyer can be seen laughing together. Iyer can also be spotted showing off his dance moves as he arrives in the African nation. Additionally, the video features under fire drummers Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane looking in high spirits.

The fun banter between Delhi boys Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma
Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma were involved in an amusing banter en route to their charter flight to Johannesburg as the former looked curiously into the pacemaker’s suitcase before declaring it ‘unique’. Ishant could be heard urging Kohli not to tease him early in the morning.
A single day of quarantine for Team India in South Africa
Despite the fear of the Omicron variant of Covid-19, Indian players will only spend one day in hotel quarantine. The 18-man team will undergo Covid-19 tests after arriving at the hotel and will be released from quarantine once negative results are known.

The likes of Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant and Mohammed Shami have shared photos of their Rainbow arrival. Anushka Sharma – actor and wife of Virat Kohli, who traveled to South Africa alongside her daughter Vamika, also shared an Instagram story.
India have never won a Test series in South Africa and are said to be looking to make history on their 8th Test tour to the country. The first match of the 3-Test series will be played from December 26 at Centurion.
