Jasprit Bumrah goes to 100 counters in Test
Indian team leader Jasprit Bumrah is about to take a new step in the cricket test. It is only 17 wickets to reach 100 wickets in the longest format in the game. If he reaches that milestone in this English series, he will be the fastest Indian to reach the benchmark. Kapil Dev had reached the milestone in 25 matches. Bumrah has played 20 test matches so far. Spinner Ravichandra Ashwin needs 12 more wickets to become the first Indian pitcher to win 100 wickets against England. (England vs India)
India tour in England
India are set to face England in a five-game test series from August 4. Suryakumar Yadav, Prithvi Shaw and Jayant Yadav risk missing the first test as they will have to self-quarantine after landing in England. The Indian team played a practice match before the mega-series against County Select XI. KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja were the stars of the practice match.
