India tour in England: Covid-positive Rohit Sharma shares selfie from hotel room ahead of 5th test

India captain Rohit Sharma, who tested positive for Covid-19, breathed a sigh of relief to his fans as he shared a selfie from the hotel room.

Rohit came back with a positive report after a rapid antigen test (RAT) performed on June 25. He is currently in isolation at the team hotel and is in the custody of the BCCI medical team, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said in a statement.

An RT-PCR test result is expected to determine Rohit’s CT value.
